clean beach cute staff restrictive times annoying rule
the beach was clean. sunbeds were rearranged every evening ready for the next day (i really liked that). the staff were cute. makesh, jeanry, diana and sohel were all polite.
i noticed the restaurant opening times were restrictive. this was especially true when i was jet lagged. not being able to take drinks from the bar to the restaurant was annoying. you can only get beer, wine and soft drinks in the restaurants.

mixed feelings about the stay
tiny room outdoor terrace
the kids' club disappointed me. it was a tiny room. i rarely saw staff, there were no outdoor activities organized (i hoped for treasure hunts and sandcastle contests). also, the outdoor terrace at the dining area felt small. smokers got more space than non-smokers (i found it unfair).

hotel cleanliness comfortable seating fresh pastries
i really appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel. our room had a nice balcony with comfortable seating. the food selection was vast, especially the breakfast buffet with fresh pastries (i loved the croissants!).
i found the pool area a bit crowded at times, making it difficult to find available loungers.

delicious food clean beach available lounger
The hotel offered varied and delicious food , meeting my expectations for the cuisine. Everything seemed freshly prepared. The hotel maintained cleanliness both inside and outside the hotel , which I found excellent. The beach was spacious with many available loungers.
I noticed the room lacked a luxurious feel , which slightly lowered my expectations.
